Michelle joined the Joint Matriculation Board, a forerunner of AQA, in December 1986 as a clerical officer in the Examiners Department. She later transferred to the Exams Administration Department and has most recently worked in the Operations Division as an e-marking delivery administrator. Michelle joined the Centre for Education Research and Practice in January 2015 as a part-time research administrator. Her role is to support the Head of Standards and various researchers based in the Manchester office. Her main responsibilities include inputting research data using spreadsheets and databases, coordinating travel and arranging meetings.
