Chris joined CERP in 2006. He is a psychometrician and his published research includes work on the use of test equating in national assessments, the classification accuracy of national assessments and approaches to on-demand testing. Chris is a founder member of the UK Rasch Users Group, which promotes the use of scientific modelling of assessment data, and his PhD was on the use of modern test theory in the context of national assessments. Chris left CERP in 2013.
