Robert Hales

Robert joined CERP in January 2011, after completing his PhD in Mathematics at the University of Bristol. His role at CERP was focused towards the computational aspects of the research and operational work carried out by the team. Previously, Robert was part of the Mathematical Physics Group at the University of Bristol, where his research was in ‘semiclassical’ quantum mechanics as applied to real world problems in chemistry and optical physics. He has published journal articles from this work and also has a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol. Robert left CERP in 2015.
